Lobsinger Charged For Sending Indecent Text To Minor

Devin Lobsinger, 20, of Dupo is facing a felony charge of indecent solicitation of a minor stemming from a Nov. 25 incident at Waterloo’s large department store. According to the police report, Lobsinger had become Facebook friends with a 13-year-old female. On Nov. 25, he noticed her shopping at the store. He then went into the men’s bathroom where he preceded to text the young girl, requesting her to perform a sexual act. The minor got the text and immediately showed it to her mother who was at her side. The mother called 911 and officers from the Waterloo Police Department soon arrived. They entered the bathroom where they apprehended Lobsinger without incident. (any thoughts about where his pants were when the cops entered the stall??Lobsinger remains behind bars at the Monroe County Jail with bond set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear at the Monroe County Courthouse on Dec. 22 at 1 p.m.

I think you need to get your facts striaght before you print your stories..Because this is not true. Devin Lobsinger walked in Walmart after the 13year old was already in there..The mother DID not call 911. she went to the manger's and they called the police. Devin walked in Walmart and went striaght to the bathroom and waited for the 13 year old. he was in the bathroom for about 45 minutes with his pants down..and yes he is registered the rest of his life..

    3. Well…thank you so much, Edward R. Murrow, for pulling yourself away from the tractor pull and Stag Beer drinking contest and giving me “the rest of the story” (to use a Paul Harvey phrase). But, the text of the post is directly from the fabulous Monroe County Independent (December 9, 2011) so if you have some sort of "what's your momma's name from home plowboy axe to grind", might I humbly suggest that you go take it up with the fine folk at the Independent and shut your pie hole already where this blog is concerned? Now, I’m sure there is a demo derby that is missing an inebriated fan so please go find your way to your seat in the aluminum bleachers. found here
