Soon, Open Jobs Will Be Filled or They Will Evaporate Into Thin Air

"Stop all this weeping, swallow your pride/ You will not die, its not poison -Tombstone Blues”
My advice to the picky and unemployed - don't be too picky for too long. Musical chairs has winners and losers. Jobless claims unexpectedly rise to 286,000, highest since October - says the headline. Some people are expecting that employers will continue to keep adding to the number of new jobs available and that this is a temporary uptick in the unemployment number. I could be wrong but I don't think that is going to happen. Slowing sales, aging boomers, over indebted middle and lower classes - our consumer driven economy is going to go through changes as employers adjust and figure out ways to operate without as many employees - one year from now, I see people ready, willing and able to fill jobs that they currently believe to be "beneath them".
