In an emailed statement, Citi said it settled “so we could put these issues behind us and focus on serving our clients. We take our quality assurance processes seriously and have pro-actively undertaken process improvements.”
It's nice to know thatShiti Citi wants to "focus on serving me" - I just need to take care when getting ready to take a big bite. When they "serve" what is supposed to be a Ham and Swiss Cheese on Whole Wheat, it might just be a nice big shit sammich instead.
