  1. "The lawyers' suggestion: Let bankruptcy judges reduce student debt, and impose a statute of limitations on student loan collections."

It's coming kids - just hide and watch. And, what happens to tuition costs when student loan debt becomes dischargeable in bankruptcy? Magic 8 Ball says - The same thing that happened to housing prices.

  2. Barry O nationalized all the student lending... so it's all part of the national debt Ponzi now. If you allow everyone to go bankrupt, it just gets tacked on to the national debt... I guess another trillion or two wouldn't be that big a difference at this point.

  3. It's coming. One thing you learn in the collections business is you can't get blood out of turnips. This problem has roots that stretch a long way back... way back when Barry was a "community organizer".
