An Un-Holy Marriage

One can only imagine how ugly and retarded the children will be.
Spencer Barasch, the former head of enforcement for the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Fort Worth office agreed to pay a $50,000 fine to settle claims he inappropriately represented fallen billionaire Allen Stanford.

The Justice Department accused Barasch of breaking federal conflict-of-interest laws in seeking to represent Stanford in legal matters after he left the SEC in 2005 and entered private practice.   Prosecutors claim that while at the SEC Barasch repeatedly stymied investigations into Stanford’s financial firm, which collapsed in 2009 amid allegations it was a $7 billion Ponzi scheme.
